I'm back from Tescos but hip still hurting I bought some more deep freeze as it seems to help a bit. Sorry your foot is still hurting . I tried to do my hip exercises this morning but think that has made it hurt a bit more. Hubby carried the washbasket out for me as I don't think that helps carrying a heavy washbasket out. Have a restful day.

Morning Linda
Got a washload on and its fine a bit cooler but not too bad. Done my exercises for my hip this morning to see if it helps. Spent half of last night on sofa as I was aching and hubby snoring making funny noises I couln't sleep took couple of paracetomol too. Feel a bit better this morning not so stiff when I got up but back /hip pain still there a bit. hope you are okay this morning.
