Sorry you are struggling to breathe with the heat. Its very hot today. We have just got back from shopping I struggle in the car as we haven't got air con. Hope your bloods turn out ok. I seem to had no problem been off steroids for about a year now hope my next blood test is ok haven't had one for a long time. I was borderline last time but the Steroids definitely don't agree with me. Hope you have a good day.

Ty for an Albino BB. Had a really good nights sleep last night. So feel better. My friend has had no change she is still more or less housebound. Hopefully she is seeing the Doctor on 21st July hope she gets sorted then a bit more. They keep saying its her knee but a physio says its a torn cartilage in her leg ? I do feel for her as she is on her own. Although her Granddaughters  look out for her but are busy with children and work. Hair feels a bit better after my trim but needs a wash again as its a mess this morning. Hope you are okay hope you got your shopping done yesterday it was such a hot day. Have a good day.
