Thank you for a duck. Hope you are okay. I had a bad night awake with my hip and leg aching. Took the dog for a long walk and went to see a friend after. Think I did too much walking. Off too Melton this morning and Hairdresser this afternoon. Looking forward to having my haircut as its a mess at the moment. Have a good day.

Morning Linda
Had a better night but woke with a headache but its easing off now . Got a blood test at 9.05 at the doctors will see how the new Ad Cal tablets are doing and my cholesterol although one doctor said it was okay as it was. The last two lots of statins having agreed with me so we will see. Hope you get what you want in Nottingham. and its not too
