Nice morning awake early so going to get on with some washing in a bit. Got a parcel to collect from the next village we don't have a Post Office. Nothing exciting. Got to go into town too as the Garage didn't have any fuel when we came home yesterday.

Hi got some exercises  to do from the phyisio. He said my scoliosis has got worse and I have lost bone density . So I have to do some exercises on the bed as I can't lie down properly on the floor or a mat. Also I have got quite a bit of arthritis in my hip but strangely it feels a little better than it did. I also struggle to turn over but the exercises should help. I was pleased I went as the Doctors are not much help. Hope you have had a good day.
