Hi Yvonne, I’m still tired, I’m going to bed too late, and getting up too early, I am my own worse enemy 🥴.
It was a nice day today, Brian and I took Nikki for a nice walk, then we spent the afternoon with Nikki’s first Mom. Today was the calm before the storm, literally 🙈
Last night I was checking my weather app, and noticed we were under an orange alert, I’m like I’ve never seen an orange alert before. I shouldn’t have looked 🙈. Freezing rain followed by 30-50 cm of snow, with 6o - 80 km winds. Freezing rain starts tonight, and will not end till tomorrow night 😳, then turning into all that snow, at least it’ll cover all the ice. Temps are all minus, I never understood why we get freezing rain when it’s minus. It’s -8 out there now, so why freezing rain, how can it rain at those temps? Dropping down to -19 tomorrow night. Is it Spring yet? 🥴
