Yup it does I guess . Not a concrete expert so researched as much as I could . Probably another day before putting the railing back on . The packaging gave degree of cure . 3000 psi in 48 hours and 6000 in 28 days for strength of harden . Now I know why when we have had pilings put in for new machines it had to dry/cure for 28 days . Have a good day and go get your hair trimmed .
