Good morning splash--it is a bit oveercast this morning and possible snow again and -7. I should be nice and warm today as I will be in the kitchen(and it it small) My list today includes getting the hot dogs wrapped in phillo dough and cut into bit size and freeze.make the cheeze bites and freeze- cook the breakfast sausage and wrap in puff pastry and freeze--so I will have the snack foods for lunch Christmas day and to take on Boxing day. After which I shall tackle the sorting of parcels to wrap or bag. I am think maybe a trip to Walmart(they have everything I might need)tomorrow and finish all this stuff because I can't do the pork pies until the last minute. Kevin has the pork for them and he will not be here until possible the day before unless of course he makes a separate trip. There I am tired already but will force myself into the kitchen and finish things so my head can settle back down--I do this every year but seems worse this year becauce I runout of steam. Yes I lecture you on resting but I forget I had surgery and I don't have the stamina right now. Have a great day and it is so nice you don't have to cook this year.
