well Jake was at groomer today so he is all clean & lovely again! i went shopping then took car to get it cleaned get the gull poop off!!
all is ok with mum & I - so i took the weigh loss bull by the horns spoke with my doctor & am 4 weeks in on the weight loss injection (cant believe i can stick a needle in my tum but its so fine cant feel it!) & in 4 weeks i have lost  22lbs so it sure works! expensive as private prescription but feel so much better all over to be honest!!

Splashed--What a nice surprise to see you back--Nothing has really changed here except for a day or two we did get some warm weather. Today is sunshine but quite cool and there is supposed to be high winds then next week we could even see white stuff. Sagwa well he is still the ruler around here. Have a good day
