Morning Yvonne,
I do think as you age somethings to take longer to heal, hope you slept well, Aww so you will also suffer with the pain of a bad knee, any relief from Pain has to be taken, ? I slept ok but did wake up with some dull pain, this Morning,  knee is tender and swollen, I, planning to take it easy till later ,when Hubby is in from work we will  go shopping and pick up F&C. My Sister in law my Jigsaw buddy does the 1.000 pieces like you, enjoy Thursday it’s much milder but damp can’t win take care , enjoy your day xx
