Morning Yvonne well its a cold windy one again today
so its the weekend was not sure i had to check lol
have you watch the 2 CTM's? was good as ever & i see new series is due in January yay! we will get some decent TV again
I have my cancer checks on Monday so will have to be in work haha which is handy as i can deliver the pendant alarms we use free for patients to go home with for their 1st month i know they will have run out over xmas!
Tummy has settled i think it was the walnuts & brazils i had! so left off yesterday was all good! just be careful it might be first time ever not to gain weight at this time of year haha
