Yesterdays walk, I wasn’t cold, I had on my waterproof winter coat, we are prepared for every weather occasion, lol. That’s happened to us loads here, start as rain, then turn to ice. When we started out it was ice pellets, then turned to rain, and not far from home it turned to freezing rain, Nikki was soaked, so that water turned to ice as the temps decreased. We get flash freeze warnings all the time, hate them. I’ve seen it go from plus 6 to -20 in a matter of a few hours. Scary when there’s rain involved, which it usually is. Today was sunny but cool, didnt go above 0, but it did feel warmer because of the sun. A bite to the air though. Ridiculous that we still have so much snow, and with the weather being as shitty as it is, it’s likely going to be with us for a while yet. This is the first Easter since moving here that we have snow at Easter. They are still skiing and snowmobiling, that’s usually done before march ends, so for those people only, this weather is great, lol.
