Morning Yvonne well we have in true style for a weekend rain! but not going far as its get ready for work tomorrow am a 3 day week though as using up some leave so will be nice its been manic at work
glad to hear you mum is doing ok and managed to fight off the bronchial infection think our mums are both tough cookies!
i have incentive to losing this weight surgeon has promised if i get to a certain weight by July when i see him he will add me on his urgent list for knee replacement which then takes approx 4-6 months otherwise i have at least 18 more months!
am pleased i feel much better in myself too!
off to enjoy my cuppa now have a lovely day xxxx
