Hi Yvonne thanks for the pelican well that social worker has much to answer for my chap left the hospital yesterday afternoon did not come back am gutted am sure it wont be long before he is back he has no insulin with him!
came home lunchtime got my admin up to date again so i am all back to up to date again
i am tired tonight too might be a little early night for me as there is not much on TV tonight
2 more days then we have the weekend cant wait for a lay in no plans this weekend for me!!
yes happy weight is still coming off each week soon be there i think!

oh i`m now sick of the bloody rain , my plants are overdosing with the stuff ,can see big puddles in the big pots ,,,hope yur day is going well ,,,ish lol keep cosy hun and dry xxxx
