I had to run into town to pay a bill and then realized I needed some red pepper and some fresh garlic for my hungarian goulash. Rudy made it and it was awesome and I really wanted to see if I could do it. So I grabbed what I needed and I've been out chopping and stewing and getting it prepped. Now I just have to do carrots and potatoes and it will be ready for when the boy gets home. I doubt it will be as good as Rudy's, but I had to give it a shot. So my day is busy, but good.
