Hi Helen good night sprinkle . We are the same here with cameras and so , so many old mobile phones ( Sam got through so many …. Dropping them and smashing the screens ) and cables ! Sam lives in London and has just finished his PhD . The doorbell went this morning and it was Rob our Postie . He handed me a do not bend envelope addressed to Dr S D…. And said “ I think this is too important to put through your letterbox” It was Sam’s PhD certificate!
We had a chat about Sam and his research into Ultra Processed Food and the effects on the body . We both agreed that there wasn’t any fast food or processed meals when we were growing up nor microwaves to cook them in ! A take away was a trip to the chippy ! Hope you’re having a good weekend.
