them, greenish, wide, expanse

Hi Sandra, I have Osteopenia and tried Prolia....don't do it....the side effects come in the third year and causes jaw problems... one of my nurses in infusion was on it and her jaw bones started growing...had to stop.  I was going into my third year when I decided not to pursue it and the doctor, and oncologist said to exercise with weights.  I have 3 pound weights and I do arm lifts...my own thing.  2 sets of 10 for 6 different arm lifts.  My bone density is Sept 18.  I can say that I feel that my back is straighter and and sit up better since I've been doing them now for over a year so hope that my results show improvement.  Keep up with the calcium and diet for calcium too.  We now have to have the pipes under the bathroom sinks changed and new faucets.  I hope this is it.  Just hunting now for my 2 top hedgehogs....started the yellow trail this past weekend...red and orange are done.  Enjoy your day and stay hydrated.  🥰🦔🦔
