Good morning Sandra, have a wonderful day/weekend..glad gardens opened up for you.  I am now on the top uni and there are gardens and just waiting forever for the uni to come lol.  Yes, they clean everything, pulling the dryer away form the wall and vacuum where it's all connected removing the tube and he went into the attic and cleaned the pipe, which wasn't connected properly, they way they clean chimney...it was clogged and the other company didn't do that.
