I'm pleased for your friend, the injections sound unpleasant.  Good to hear that the coffee morning has expanded, it's a very good cause.   I've asked my Thursday craft group if they'd like to knit purple poppies for a horse rescue centre that's putting together a remembrance display.  I'll wait till it's a bit cooler before starting mine.  I'm not a hot weather knitter. x
