I definitely understand about being angry, I feel the same way. I hope the therapist visits will help. I have thought about looking into whether or not my insurance covers any mental health care. Not processing this very well. Trying my best though! Please know you are always welcome to send me a message via Messenger if you want to talk.
It was so nice today, and I thought I was going to be able to take a walk after lunch. Then suddenly, I got busy at work, and before I knew it, it was getting dark and I never got to walk. 😪
I'm glad being with Bella yesterday lifted your mood. Hopefully you get to see a replay of that Bills/Chiefs game, I watched part of that.
