I think I'm going to ask the insurer to write me a new policy. If they are going to hold the age of the house as to why it's deteriorating, then I guess I just need fire insurance. Not so warm here today and less sun too.
I pricked out some of my seedlings and repotted some of my Agapanthus Lilys. So a good day in the garden. Smudge and Ruby have been laying in a warm patch. So a satisfying day.
