Back splash is a great idea but you still have to clean up. We use our air frier a lot and clean up is easy. Just put it in the dish washer. You can do everything in it, even a chicken.

My brother is still in the hospital but he has been transferred to Gander which is only 45 minutes drive from his home so his wife can drive that no problem. But that is a long time to be in the hospital. His son is now on his way to Florida for the winter.
