Hi Ingrid :) Yes your favourite next, the top ellie! The cranes weren't too bad as there was just me and one other lady doing them so we just hunted in each other's gardens until we got what we needed :) I'm loving my little pond. Would love to see a frog like yours in there. Finally given up on the idea of setting up the butler's sink that has been in the garden for years, just don't think we'll ever get round to it, so think we'll sell that. I've completely edged the metal bowl with stones now. There are lots of little wriggly swimming things in it! Some sort of insect larvae? Anyway I feel like I'm contributing to the ecosystem haha. The lady next door has a camera set up watching the her garden and the alley between our houses mainly for security but she's picking up wildlife on it and sending me clips. Pleased to see urban foxes but delighted to see hedgehogs. Surprised as we're right in the town centre and near a busy road. Never seen any squashed ones so they must know be keep safe! Wow, the molten lava asphalt sounds dramatic. Lots going on chez Ingrid! Hope it's more of a restful weekend :) x
