Hello Deirdre, Good to hear that Joan is progressing. It certainly is hard dealing with pain all the time. Physio was good, as part of the treatment she did some taping on my back and it seems to be helping with the new pain I was having. Have been able to make it to  a bone fitness class this week after missing 6 in a row. Hopefully I will do better once spring really arrives! Hope you have a good time on Friday at. the golf club. I'm sure you will get even more support for the hospice. take care xo
