Oh that would be hard for your sister, Deirdre, and surely for you too as you are always supporting her so much. Will see how the work on the basement goes. Hopefully work will resume next week after the holidays. We had redone it ourselves, but thankfully will not be doing it this time as our insurance will cover restoration. My artwork was saved which was surprising as all the walls were covered in steam from a hot water leak and floor had water all over, so floor came out as well as bottom part of walls. Take good care of yourself xo
