Are the girls still of school been a beautiful day here sunshine all day and even some blue sky what a difference it makes . Just wondering hoe my great niece got on last night in her performance at the theatre in the little mermaid she has another two nights to do yet , Jan in going tomorrow as a birthday treat it’s jans birthday think she’s 73 this time . Hello Deirdre, I hope your first hospice sale of the year was a success last week. I'm sure it was! At the end of last year I bought a new sofa to replace a larger one. I hope that will go as smoothly as possible for you as having to take the window out seems like an extra big chore!
Are you enjoying your classes at slimming world? tThree years is certainly a long time to be on steroids and I know that you must have had to come off of them very gradually as well.  AM still trying to get myself feeling more balanced, both in my mind and body. On Monday we went to our Better Bones class, but it was cancelled. It was a lot of work to get there in the cold. Will try again today and it is also very cold which doesn't help the joints and muscles to get going! -25 with the wind chill which is warmer than last week when we went down to -38.
