Hello Deirdre, I hope your first hospice sale of the year was a success last week. I'm sure it was! At the end of last year I bought a new sofa to replace a larger one. I hope that will go as smoothly as possible for you as having to take the window out seems like an extra big chore!
Are you enjoying your classes at slimming world? tThree years is certainly a long time to be on steroids and I know that you must have had to come off of them very gradually as well.  AM still trying to get myself feeling more balanced, both in my mind and body. On Monday we went to our Better Bones class, but it was cancelled. It was a lot of work to get there in the cold. Will try again today and it is also very cold which doesn't help the joints and muscles to get going! -25 with the wind chill which is warmer than last week when we went down to -38. At least the sun is out this morning and from inside it's very beautiful. Did some work in the gallery/storage on the weekend. Its so nice freshly painted I don't want to make holes in the wall to hang paintings- lol! (But I will :) ) Hope your week is going well. Hadn't been on for several days, so just catching up slowly now. xo
