Good evening Deirdre I hope you have had a good day, pleased you slept well.  Sorry to see you don't usually get very much sleep 2/3 hours isn't very much at all.  I did have trouble sleeping but then I started taking half a magnesium tablet and I now sleep very well.  It has been 22C here so quite pleasant and Pippin and I enjoyed our walk this morning.  I went to the Gym and then finished my house cleaning I started yesterday.  Pippin and I went dog training this evening and the class was held outside as it was stuffy in the hall.  I hope you got your hospice accounts and cleaning done.  Sleep well, God Bless. xxx 🌛🌟😴
