Happy FriYay! Slept in a little then mom and I went to a little town to have lunch with a friend and then we checked out their new market place for small local businesses. Came home and then got the grocery shopping done. We're not going to the faire tomorrow- sounds like it's going to be packed and if the weather is as hot and muggy as it was today it would not make for an enjoyable time. Disappointed but we don't want to be two hours away and just be miserable so I guess it will be a day at home and that's ok too! Only have my mom here for a couple more weeks and just happy to enjoy time with her. Have a great night!
Oh I'm a sucker for a book too! I am so behind on reading but that's ok- they'll wait for me :) I picked up a few new books this summer- three from an area author- I mean I had to right? I buy enough off amazon that when I can support local small businesses and such I do when I can.
