Winter Droplets
Welcome Spring 2026 May the Birds Sing, the Bees Buzz & the Butterflies Flutter...
Good Mornin Eastside did you get the Rain I sent? We've had rain & high winds since early evening yesterday, glad I got 1 lawn mowed 1st, cleared the pollinator bed have almost all of the Irises cleaned up, boy the size of my plants in 3 yrs time is astronomical & the flowers, I'm over the moon. I sit on a 1/3 of an acre & what isn't grass is a Pollinator bed front & back, when I bought the home it was nothing but grass, have added 12 trees, 2 dry creeks unless it rains, unfortunately they are drains from downspouts, I got creative & did, stonecrop, sedum & blue fescue grasses to dress them up, 6 yrs it's taken me to landscape it, yep me, 95% all me, my hard work has paid off in spades the last 2, now I get to sit back and enjoy the fruits of my labor without the labor... Was happy to hear you had minimal damage, as the saying goes April Showers/Frost bring May Flowers...Enjoy the day ahead, it's raining still so I'm staying in my PJ's and relaxing...hugs
