I know what youmean about the fireworks!
We have Guy Fawkes on November 5th! For some reason they celebrate the man who tried to blow up parliament! Wonder what would've happened if he had succeeded?😉 Anyway it's  the same here, fireworks before the day, on the day, and after the day! It's  madness!!! Like you, I hope they ban them soon! When we hadourcat he used to run under the table and try to hide! Poor wee man!😥
