Rylee has decided to wake me up twice in the night - again. Before time change it was at 2am - now it's at 1. He's quite insistent - he jumps up on the bed then stands on my rib cage - he sneaks around me under my arm and will lick my chin. I ask him if he wants to go out - his tail wags like mad so I get up grab the flashlight and head down the stairs. I'm pleased to say he remembers how to wipe his feet on the mat in the laundry room. So he has dry feet when he races back upstairs and jumps up on my bed to wait for me. I get back into bed - get settled - toss and turn - finally get back to sleep and then - bounce! 6am. He wants out again. I let him out get back to bed and then hubby is getting up at 7. I am sooo looking forward to my little mid-week getaway without dogs next week. Happy Wednesday.

Rylee is an avid player when it comes to chasing and retrieving. I throw things that have a rope on them so that Jojo can grab it a distance from Rylee's face and tug. Jojo grabs hold and they tug and growl and a fierce completion evolves. I stand back and watch as them dig, in neither one giving an inch. Then Rylee lets go and steps back. Jojo triumphantly race to me with the price and about 6 feet short of getting to me she will drop it. Rylee watches making sure she has given it up he steps in picks it up and gives it to me.  Is it teamwork I am never sure but I throw it again and it starts all over. Happy Tuesday.
