Sorry to hear that your Fibromyalgia has got you down.  It is a scary issue to have.  You probably know what works for you to ease the symptoms.  I sure hope you are taking it easy these days.  I had a very lazy day, washed dishes this morning and went to see Sage learn some basketball.  I then took myself out for lunch.  Got a TV series from a friend and spent the rest of the day watching three episodes.  I was knitting while I was watching, so it wasn't all wasted time.  Sure don't do that often.  Take care my friend and pray for a speedy end to all aches and pains.  Hugs and blessings
