hi rose griffin ty, must be hard for you but better than working yurself out too much, well i ended up coming home 6.30pm from 9.30am ne of others offered to do as they could see i wasnt well, full on cold today, feel so weak, nite rose, sleep well xx

Hi rose, hope you have had a lovely weekend :)  had a nice night out Friday ….bit too much to drink , so nice lay in yesterday morning, Hollie came over for the day, John went to the match so I had a nice lazy girly day with Hollie yesterday , she went to work on her night shift from here and then I ended up next door in my pjs with klaudia trying out some new flavour gins , had a bit of a sore head this morning lol Weather been nice today so spent a bit of time outside clearing up and caught up on my ironing and a bit of housework.  I’ve decided to try spinal injections which will help with pain and inflammation whilst my back heals naturally, rather than having surgery , he will see me again after I’ve had my injections to see how I’m feeling, can always opt for surgery at a later date if necessary.  Now I know what’s going on we’ve  booked a little break away to Portugal for a week , need some sunshine and a pool , go on the 7th May and back on 14th.    Early night tonight lol  enjoy ur evening hun and sleep well , big hugs for you and Tedi xxxxxx
