As winter moves along hubby and I still feed the Blue Jays. They come in and grab the peanuts and sit in the trees and bushes around our property and split open the shells tossing them on the ground and eat the nuts. Squirrels and bunnies come in to the yard and scrounge for any nuts that was missed. This causes Rylee and Jojo to race around barking out of the windows. Once they get out in the yard Jojo starts eating the empty shells from the ground. Rylee doesn't eat them - he is searching for that squirrel that he saw quite clearly from the window. If they raced out quietly they would have the element of surprise - luckily for the visitors to our yard they don't know quiet. Happy Wednesday.
