Winter Droplets

Good Mornin Miss Violet, Hope your week has been pleasant despite the snow flurries...Yuck  It's has been beautiful here so I've ditched the game & watched the mass amounts of birds, bees & butterflies take advantage of the seeds on my plants & in the feeders, such joy....

You should really be doing ice/heat once you've settled in, the benefits are tremendous, use a warm washcloth or hand towel either with hot hot water or warm it in the microwave, careful don't burn yourself, a ziplock bag filled with ice wrapped in a towel around your foot until the ice melts, refreeze & use again, in a couple of days the swelling reduces the inflammation reduces and you notice a difference, your feet are telling you to slow down & feet up with loving care.
