Winter Droplets
The Count Down Begins Now...Bye Bye 2025 & Hello to a Prosperous 2026
Good Mornin Miss Violet & HNY...mine was uneventful just like I like it...hehehe Lots of rain and I've been dodging it trying to remove Xmas Deco, I will prevail today...
Cold Weather Crops, 4 kinds of lettuce, spinach, carrots, green onions, garlic & my artichoke plant has doubled in size & hanging in, everything is covered with freeze cloths and on days 40 and above like today a whopping 54, I'll uncover for most of the day... after I pack away last of Christmas I'll set my workshop up for seed planting, I'm going to try and grow everything I'll plant come spring from seed, except potatoes. I'd plant grapevines but they're toxic to cat & dogs so that's out along with most fruit trees....scaling back this season as it's a lot of work I'm happy with all the flowers & beds I currently have.. plus inside I have over 50 house plants in various sizes, keeps me pretty busy...how about you, you have a green thumb?
How's the foot? you know the article mentioned gauze and a wrap similar to an ace bandage, I've seen foot socks in the same material, do you think something like that, maybe for just the heel area would work? Toes crossed you get relief, just keep an eye on it for infection....
I've given myself until end of day to take down tree & remaining deco, time to shake a tail feather...Hugs
