We started to cut up the buckeye tree today. I was actually clearing the limbs. Then Moss pulled the part away with the bee next in it and now they're all flying around. Probably looking for the queen. Xena was chasing the ones with the next & got stung. I gave her half a Benadryl & hope she's ok. We'll keep a check on her. We are done with the tree today. There's a pile of bees on a log huddles together trying to stay warm. I feel bad, but we couldn't find anyone to take them. They'll probably die tonite if they don't find a new nest.
