Albino hedgehog and gecko, thanks

Saturday night sprinkles after another relatively peaceful day...today's walk was rather different, wind followed by light rain, then snow and back to strong winds...a few pheasants looked at me and decided I wasn't a risk to them but when I sneezed quite loudly, everything hiding in the undergrowth moved at speed including the pheasants who thought it best to run for their lives too! I continued my walk and hadn't realised until on my own driveway that the pheasants had decided to come too...I sat on one of my benches and spoke to them...went into my hallway and still chatting, came back out with containers of bird seed, nuts and sunflower hearts...placed them under the bird table and watched them feed happily for around15 minutes...the table and containers were still plentiful so as the pheasants walked up the path, over the veranda and into the undergrowth I sat for a few more minutes and came indoors and made a cup of tea. Murdo was of course still in snooze mode 🐱
