Pleased Pete sorted you out for heating and hot water, there’s less care on the clearing of ditches and  maintaining the dykes as well everything is so over grown water can’t flow away,   those ditches I straddled as a kid are hidden now, environment agency don’t care enough, and some farmers don’t look after the same, so many anomalies before we get to global warming that need addressing Janet, my washing is dancing happily on the line , My daughter is like you doesn’t have mains gas, has electric storage heaters, electric shower, and woodburner, to keep warm warm,
