hope you got the bits for the holiday.Holiday Coming round so quickly for you..
I went to the pool and just walked up and down stretching  the walk to help my knee. I was so worried I wouldnt be able to climb off the top of the step onto the floor but did it easily. I have physio on tuesday starting. but dont know how many my specialist has booked me for!
