Good morning lovely, hope that your day goes well, and that your Dad's situation is sorted out easily. Seems to me lots of people are being diagnosed 'pre-diabetic', wonder if they have a new drug that they want to test. One of my daughters, who has a very good diet, has just been told that she is pre-diabetic, along with my husband (and he has a good diet - we don't do junk foods etc), and a number of friends. My husband and daughter told their doctors that they would sort it out themselves. I do understand that, because of his other health problems, you have to be extra careful with your Dad.
Anyway, enjoy your day, dear Nicky. I have a basket load of ironing and the usual boring housework.
