Hello Jennifer, it does sound like a lot of hard work with your pond. I will investigate the hard plastic. That was what was in my pond at Jamieson. My Goldfish kept the pond clean until the birds and snakes worked out that they could have free meals. Well I am still working towards it. My Granddaughter and her husband are planning to come here for the Queen's birthday weekend. I will speak to them about my plans. Enjoy your day!
