Morning Jennifer, it’s not raining at the moment (yay) . Really need to catch up with housework but have just started another Frieda Mc Fadden book. River Trent is really high in our village so flood wardens are out doing observations, it’s already flooded a nearby football pitch. Not good.

Hello Jennifer, I am finding 'The Glass Castle' a memoir hard going. Not sure why my daughter sent it to me? I get so cross at the parents for their neglect of their children and moving them from town to town and school to school. I am not enjoying it and will only keep reading it because Alyx sent it to me. She loved it. Time for me to prepare my dinner. Enjoy your day.
