Hello Jennifer, I did see in Ed's garden that Liz managed to get on a boat tomorrow. I went to Rosebud today to buy some new sneakers. I had to as my usual ones were falling apart. My daughter Sarah often tells me off for buying my sneakers at Aldi. So today I went to a sport store. Almost 4 times the cost however when I finally chose a pair and decided to wear them home I could feel the difference. My knees could feel the difference! Less pain! Sarah will be pleased.
