Was 31 degrees here today, hardly any breeze either, we put the brolly up over our sun loungers. Got some pills from the chemist, taken one tonight so hopefully I can catch up on the missed sleep. I think the meal was just too rich for me, my tummy isn’t used to having that type of food. Lesson learnt.
