Doc put me on steroid dose pack that starts really strong and tapers off over the following days. I start it tomorrow. Hope it works to calm my arm and shoulder down.
Glad your bbq didn’t got your roots done. I’m glad the kids come to visit often and that you get to go see them. Makes it a little less hard when you are apart.
Car loaded with sewing supplies. I go to pick up Shirley and we drive an hour and a half to get to the hotel. I always take more than is needed, and we have a second retreat in September. So what I don’t get done this weekend, I can finish in September! I will post photos of the valleys and farms!
