Hello Jennifer, Mum seems to be OK today. I will visit her again on Sunday as my brother and his family are celebrating birthdays and wont be able to visit that day. Why does your cat need steroids? That was an expensive visit. Night has fallen here and tourists seem to be around at the moment. I can here people laughing and talking. As for me I am getting ready for bed and a book after working at the Charity Shop this afternoon. Two of the volunteers were raving about books that I suggested to them a few weeks ago and are now passing the books to friends. 'Wifedom' by Anna Fund. All about George Orwell's wife. Also 'Lessons in Chemistry.' I have forgotten the author's name but have kept the book. Can't be bothered walking to the other end of the house to locate it. Both excellent books about women. Fireworks now going off here, not sure why. Enjoy your day.

Morning Jennifer, got the car back , not as expensive as we thought,so that’s good. Went for coffee with daughter yesterday afternoon, bumped into eldest granddaughter who was coming home from school, she’s doing well with her grades, all As and one B. She’s studying like mad every evening as well as doing homework. I’m so proud of her. Had a rubbish nights sleep so not up to doing much today 🙁

Overcast here and a little misty. Going to clean my bikes today and go for a walk.
£280, vets are so expensive.
The water was cold but I didnt fall in so it was a bonus. Only paddles 2.5 miles, but 1st one of the year.
