To go on when they leave
The harder to sleep
And the harder to wake
To know they’re not here
With each breath that we take
It’s hard to look forward
And hard to look back
Stuck in the middle,
Imprisoned and trapped
Where the harder the darkness
The harsher the light,
The harsher this world
That keeps spinning with life
But when that world’s feeling
So painful and hard
And you can’t imagine
Escaping the dark
It might help a little
To know it’s because
The harder we grieve
Means the harder we loved

Hi Jennifer, good for you,  that's one way of keeping warm. I was like a cocoon last night trying to stay warm.  Had to be the coldest so far.
How lovely Tasha is off to Pittsburgh for Thanksgiving.  Naughty cats,  I bet they are hilarious 😂  sleep well Jennifer xx 😘

Sorry it is so cold. We had huge fluffy snowflakes coming down this morning on the way in to work. Fortunately the snow did not last long and melted shortly. The car is safely in the garage so it probably won’t snow overnight.
I love a good purge. Amazing how time flies and stuff outdates in the blink of an eye. I have started writing the outdates in large black pen so I don’t have to hunt and squint.

Hi Jennifer good night sprinkle . Thank you for to finding the Hedgehog. Temperatures didn’t get above 3c even with sunshine from late morning. Paths are still snow/ice where they have not been in the sun . Still lots of now very icy snow on the garden . From the forecast all change on Saturday and storm Bert . Hope you’ve have a good day and kept warm xxx
