Hello Jennifer, the fence was my neighbours idea. I think that they may regret it as the fence stops the afternoon sun going into their guests rooms. Their house is a holiday house. Haha a friend at the coffee shop suggested to me this morning that I paint my side to look like greenery. I loved that idea! I went to my art group today and started a water colour painting of a vase of Tulips sitting on a window sill. Painting the glass will be tricky however I am happy with my efforts so far. It is slowly warming up here. A most unusual November as we usually experience heat. So much for Global warming. Wishing you a great day.

Hi Jennifer good night sprinkle . I hope you enjoyed your walk after the rain stopped. A few villages suffered flooding. The river Wye in town burst its banks but the flood barriers did their job . The river at the bottom of the hill has burst its banks the meadows are all under water . School has been stressful this week . One of the children threw a chair at our teacher Friday and she dodged it ! But that was the “ straw that broke the camels back “ she has taken sick leave and goes to the Drs tomorrow. We have a supply teacher and she has been brilliant. I was asked to cover lunch duty today …..oh it was cold ! I put in a request to take my three days time off in lieu the last week of term . The Head has approved it . My last day in class is the 10/12 ! Back to school on the 12/12 for the whole school trip to the theatre to watch the Panto ….more TOIL . X
