Hi Fern, I was when I first started going but that was a long time ago, I go every 6 weeks now. I find sitting or standing still aren’t great either, moving is much better. I’ve been off today, I went to see the nurse and had my abscess checked. It’s healing well but still has an open wound. Then I went to see Auntie Margaret, all being well she’s going home tomorrow 🥳 xx
